About
After graduating cum laude with a B.S. in Engineering Sciences from Harvard University in 2019, Jackson Stansell decided to continue his education at the University of Nebraska–Lincoln with the goal of researching innovative farming techniques to help growers manage nitrogen more efficiently.
During the course of his master's work, Jackson developed the prototype N-Time™ Fertigation Management System software that has since become Sentinel’s primary product. He also managed on-farm research trials in 2020 and 2021. He co-founded FarmBits, Nebraska Extension’s digital agriculture podcast, and served as Treasurer & Secretary of the Biological Systems Engineering Graduate Student Association.
Having obtained a M.S. in Agricultural and Biological Systems Engineering, Jackson is now a part-time Ph.D. student in Bioengineering at UNL.
