Ishani Lal is a recent graduate from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. She did a double MS degree in Agricultural Economics and Agronomy. She also received Dean's Fellowship and Widaman Fellowship award during her MS program at UNL. Ishani is originally from India and earned her Bachelors in Agricultural Sciences from Banaras Hindu University.
Ishani is passionate about working on innovative solutions to improve farming practices, increase crop yields, and enhance food security while minimizing environmental impact. Her interest in the intersection of agriculture, economics, and policy reflects a broader understanding of the complex issues facing the global agricultural community. In her free time, Ishani loves to travel and spend time with her family.
